We live through the fourth season differently through a new series of comedy, where Maxwell's father appears to be in town and decides to help end the Sheffield family dispute by inviting James Sheffield to dinner. On the other hand, Joan appears to be escorted by his old secretary who left Max's mother. Meanwhile, Maxwell is angry with his father during the dinner where he seems to be very selfish, while Fran remains wondering why Maxwell can not act like his father.
